Super Micropore Carbon Block

It is made of calcined anthracite as main raw materials, with many additive agents, pitch as binder, through forming, baking under high temperature and machining.

It features high therrmal conductivity, good micro porosity and permeability, preventing blast furnace hearth from erosion. Fulfill the hearth requirements of large scale blast furnace.

High Thermal Conduction-Super Micropore Carbon Block

It is made of high temperature elecrical calcined anthracite, artificial graphite with additive agents and pitch through forming, high temperature baking, and machining. 

It features high thermal conductivity, good micro porosity and permeability, lowering the bottom temperature, preventing blast furmace hearth from erosion. It’s used for the upper part of bottom hearth of blast furnace.

High Corrosion Resistance Carbon Block

It is made of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite with additive agents and pitch through forming, high temperature baking, and machining. 

It features excellent resistance to hot corrosion and oxidation resistance index, and has the optimal cofficient of thermal conductivity, which can reduce the furnace body erosion rate of key parts, and effectively prevent the erosion by hot metal penetration.

Semi-graphitic Carbon Block

It is made of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite and medium temperature pitch through forming, high tem-perature baking, and final precise machining. 

It features high thermal conductivity and alkaline resistance. It’s used for the bottom of blast furnace.

Micropore Carbon Block

It is made of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite with additive agents and medium temperature pitch through forming, high temperature baking, and precise machining.

It features better micro porosity and permeability, high molten iron erosion resistance. It’s used for bottom, hearth and upper position of taphole of blast furnace.

High Thermal Conduction Carbon Block

It is made of high conduction graphite and pitch through forming, high temperature baking and precise machining. 

It features high thermal conductivity and dense structure and mainly is used as hearth block.

EQUIPMENT

Raw Material:The needle coke is 100% imported. Pulverize and screen the coke. Classify the screened coke according to grain size and store them in individual silos.

Mixing:The raw material after proportioning will be mixed with a proper portion of coal tar and heated, to make it become paste with plasticity.

Forming:The paste after cooled to the process temperature will enter into the pressing machine, and forming as per the product specification.

Baking & Pitch Impregnation:In the baking furnace, the green electrode will be baked to the specified temperature as per the process requirement, then impregnated by coal tar as per specific process, to improve the electrode density and mechanical strength, then baking again to improve electrode performance.
