Nozzles
Upper nozzles
The product formula of Shangshuikou independently developed by the company adopts the main raw materials such as tabular corundum, white corundum, silicon carbide, metal aluminum, and high-quality magnesia. The flake graphite carbon source with good oxidation resistance is selected, a small amount of antioxidant is added to improve the oxidation resistance, and the phenolic resin with high solid content and high residual carbon is used as the binder. After high pressure forming, it can be dipped according to the conditions of use.
It has the characteristics of good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength, strong erosion resistance and strong erosion resistance; it has a long service life and is suitable for a wide range of steel types.

Lower nozzles
The company’s self-developed product formula for the sewers uses tabular corundum, white corundum, mullite and other main raw materials, selects flake graphite carbon source with good oxidation resistance, and adds metal aluminum powder, metal silicon powder and other additives to improve high temperature resistance. Performance, using phenolic resin with high solid content and high carbon residue as binder. It is integrally formed with the steel shell or the blank is separately high-pressure formed.
It has good volume stability; it has excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature bending resistance, good thermal shock resistance, small hole expansion and good corrosion resistance. Wide adaptability and safe to use.
